Starts Consulting Company for Sales Pros
The Montclair Times Business Briefs
Susan Tarrence, a former advertising executive with The New
York Times and the Tribune Co., has formed The Sales Development
Co. The new firm will offer solutions that increase sales
department revenues and improve sales department efficiencies.
The company has offices in Montclair, Chicago and Tucson.
The Sales Development Co. provides direct sales representation
to senior-level executives and a broad range of disciplined and
objective sales services with a national team of sales
professionals. The company aims to help its clients build better
sales organizations by boosting productivity and achieving
specific revenue and share targets.
Their services include formulating customer service action
plans, sales executive coaching and territory alignment.
Business writing training, pre-hire testing, and employee and
client surveying are also available.
“All sales operations are under pressure to improve results,”
stated Tarrence. “Expenses have been cut, the staff has been
downsized, and the only to compete is to sell smarter, faster,
and better.”
